Fiona Bruce, Ayesha Hazarika and YolanDa Brown are all featuring on the new series of BBC Radio 4’s podcast Fortunately… with Fi and JaneFortunately… takes a frank look behind the scenes with broadcasters Jane Garvey and Fi Glover as guests from Radio, TV and podcasting share stories they probably shouldn’t.

Ayesha Hazarika MBE is a columnist and broadcaster who is known for her insightful and witty opinions and observations on current affairs and politics.

Fiona Bruce features in Episode 173, If the Room Smells Good, the Podcast Won’t Stink, to talk  news desk rivalries, roadshow etiquette and Evan Davis in a hairnet. Fiona Bruce is one of the BBC’s biggest names. She is the Chair for the BBC’s flagship programme Question Time and is the BBC news’ most senior female anchor, having presented the six and ten o’clock news since 1999.

YolanDa Brown joins Episode 177, Loving that Bass and Reading the Journals, discussing her show and album YolanDa’s Band Jam. YolanDa also talks about her time as a scholar of operations management, her favourite hob and why she is jealous of Fi’s oboe skills. YolanDa is a broadcaster and musician known for her effervescent energy, passion and curiosity.
