Sophie Fletcher is an award-winning writer and actress and one half of comedy double-act Heff & Fletch.


Winners of the Funny Women Writers Award 2015, Heff & Fletch were awarded the Hat Trick Short and Funnies Award, were finalists of Sketchfest 2014 and The Gilded Balloon’s Best New Sketch Act 2013.


Sophie’s recent TV acting credits include Catastrophe (Channel 4), W1A (BBC 2), Episodes (Channel 4), Derek (Channel 4), You, Me and The Apocalypse (Sky), Trying Again (Sky), Siblings (BBC 3), Drifters (BBC 3) and Pete vs. Life (Channel 4). She was also in the 2019 feature film Love Type D written and directed by Sasha Collington.


She trained at Ecole Jacques Lecoq and since then has been writing and performing in her own live shows in Edinburgh, London and on tour. Firstly with her theatre company People Can Run, then with award-winning sketch trio The History Girls, and now with Heff & Fletch.
