Rob is a stage and screen writer, specialising in comedy.

The play Party People, written by Rob, was first staged at the Royal Court Theatre and adapted into an awarding short film directed by Suzi Roberson (winner of BBC Shorts Best British Production, Rushes Best Newcomer award). Following on from this Rob set up an award winning production company, as well as writing Viral Advertising for The Viral Factory.

Rob has also written, co-produced and edited a comedy pilot, currently in development, which has been optioned by 3Arts In the US and BigTalk in the UK.

Rob has been part of the writing teams on the prank and sketch shows Off Their Rockers (Season 4, 2017), Ministry of Justice (2018) and Born Silly (2017).

Upcoming work: Paperboy (dir. Donald Petrie), an adaptation of Dr Tony Macauly’s autobiographical novel, is a feature commissioned by Titian Red Pictures currently in production. The Fruit Palace, a commission by the Director and Producer of Amazons Grand Tour to adapt Charles Nicholls novel into a feature film is currently in pre-production.
