Jen is a Comedian, Writer, Performer and Presenter from London.


As part of sketch duo Jiggle and Hyde, Jen made her Edinburgh fringe debut in Sketchy Mother Pluckers and also featured in Beasts: Mr Edinburgh (Pleasance Dome) in 2016.


Her first solo character show Girl in da Corner was inspired by the responses to this article, written about her Anglo-Indian heritage for As a member of the Soho Theatre Young Company, Soho Theatre supported Girl in Da Corner’s Edinburgh 2017 run as well as the transfer to the Soho Theatre for the Soho Rising festival in November 2017.


Television credits include feminist hidden camera show RIOT GIRLS for Channel 4’s Genderquake season, and a hidden camera comedy sketch and subsequent full commissioned series of BBC 3’s Blindboy Understroys the World, due to air in early summer 2019.


As a comedian, Jen performs stand-up, character and rap in her sets. In 2018 she performed her set at the BBC Asian Network comedy showcase in Edinburgh, which then aired on BBC iPlayer.


Jen is also a presenter. As well as previously working at Westside Radio, Hoxton Radio and Watford’s Vibe 107.6fm, Jen has recently hosted the six-episode series of podcast The Comeback for BBC Radio 1. In The Comeback Jen interviews comedians and personalities such as London Hughes, Jamali Maddix, Amelia Dimoldenberg, Tolani T, Sophie Duker, Olga Koch, Lauren Pattison, Adam Hess, Birthday Girls, Chris Washington and Sarah Keyworth. She has appeared on a host of YouTube platforms, including her own channel Jendubble. Jen recently presented two episodes of Puffin Virtually Live for Puffin books for their Christmas and World Book Day online editions.
