Claire Lim aka Wee Claire is a presenter, writer, podcaster and geek pundit.


As a presenter, Claire appears regularly on BBC The Social, an online platform from the BBC aimed towards 18-34 year olds. For BBC The Social, Claire has talked to Jeff Goldblum about the Scottish apocalypse, Liam Neeson, Hulk legend Lou Ferrigno, Gemma Whelan (Yara Greyjoy in Game of Thrones), Daniel Portman (Podrick Payne in Game of Thrones), Battlestar Galactica’s Katee Sackhoff, Kick Ass star Chloë Grace Moretz and many more.


Claire’s Jeff Goldblum interview reached over 1 million people on Facebook with over 370k views, featuring on the BBC homepage, cross posted across multiple BBC platforms, and even featured as a Twitter moment as well.


As a geek pundit, Claire has spoken to the likes of BBC Newsbeat and regularly guests as a panel member on Collider Heroes, a geek podcast and YouTube show with over 500k subscribers. On the show, Claire talks about the latest nerdy news, including movies, TV and comics. Collider is based in LA and Claire regularly visits the city of angels to make appearances on the show and conduct interviews for her upcoming podcast Real Imagined Futures.


Real Imagined Futures is the podcast that imagines what happened to famous fictional characters after their stories ended. Set to launch later this year, the first ‘season’ features guests Dan Fogler (Fantastic Beasts), Sean Gunn (Guardians of the Galaxy), SNL legend Laraine Newman, and RuPaul’s Drag Race star Pandora Boxx to name a few.


As a writer, Claire has written for SFX, Empire, NME, Fandom and many more. She was also a regular columnist for Geeky Monkey Magazine, with her very own Jabber Talky column.
