Annabel is a writer and presenter who spent many years working with Geoff Lloyd on Absolute Radio. While working alongside Geoff, Annabel auditioned to be Michael Hutchence’s replacement in the band INXS, went to circus school, and composed a song with Paul McCartney. In 2011 Annabel fought off strong competition to win The Sony Radio Academy Gold Award for Best On-Air Contributor.

Annabel’s writing was featured regularly on The Hometime Show with topical items such as ‘Annabel’s All Star Post Bag’ and past successes such as ‘Annabel vs. The Internet’. She has also written extensively for TV with credits including ITV’s Newzoids and Off Their Rockers as well as Dave Gorman’s Modern Life is Goodish for Dave.

“The antithesis of the sycophantic, giggling cliché of a radio sidekick, Annabel is not simply a travel presenter, she is a highly skilled performer, brilliantly talented writer and outstanding raconteur.” – The Telegraph
