A gifted comedy writer, Seamus Hilley is originally from Donegal in Ireland and is now based in London.
Seamus’ sitcom script Moonstompers won the Channel 4 Sitcom Competition in 1997 and went on to be featured at the 1998 Riverside Sitcom Festival. In 2008 Seamus developed a short drama And Kill Them with IWC Media which was broadcast on Channel 4 as part of their Coming Up season.
More recently Seamus was commisioned by Celador to co-write comedy drama Sand with Len Colin. He has also been commissioned by Free Range Films to write Vikings, currently shortlisted for the UK Film Council/Film 4 Cinema Extreme scheme.
