Amy has survived two ITV reality shows (Celebrity Fit Club, CelebAir) mentored surly teenagers (C4’s My Big Gay Prom) and rendered Michael Portillo speechless (BBC’s This Week). Her TV contributions include Market Kitchen, The Wright Stuff, This Morning, BBC Breakfast News, Daily Politics, Fast Track, Channel 5 News, BBC London News, ABC News (USA), Richard & Judy, Heaven & Earth, BBC Good Food, The Clothes Show, The Comedy Store, No Solo Musica (Spain) and It's a Wonderful World (Korea).
Her radio contributions include Woman's Hour, Mid Week, and The Food Programme on Radio 4 and Radio 2’s Steve Wright Show. She has co-presented alongside many radio greats including Danny Baker, Tony Blackburn, Phil Jupitus, Julian Clary, Nick Hancock, Lionel Blair and Gideon Coe. Amy’s voiceover work includes inflight and onboard entertainment for Virgin and Continental; the late great Earth Kitt pronounced Amy’s voice as “just gorgeous”
Amy is the co-founder, promoter, and hostess of the Olivier Award winning DUCKIE, London’s legendary pop and performance nightclub, every Saturday at the Royal Vauxhall Tavern. Amy has written and performed three hit one woman shows and has toured the UK, Europe and Australia.
Her writing credits include travel, food and lifestyle features for The Times, The Observer, The Independent on Sunday, Woman's Own, and Diva.
Amy has contributed short stories to the anthology Typical Girls published by Hodder & Stoughton and is currently writing her first non-fiction book.
Amy hosts the annual Stonewall Fundraising Dinner at the Dorchester. She has hosted and delivered speeches at events including the National Association of Charity Shops Dinner, The British Library, Cancer Research UK fundraising events, and the series of annual Labour Party Fundraising Dinners.
